So far during the free agent period, we've heard that the Heat are considering offering Ray Allen their full mini mid-level exception, the Grizzlies are offering their full mid-level exception, and the Celtics are offering more than either team. With a number of teams in the hunt for Allen, we'll round up all of today's rumblings on the veteran sharpshooter right here, with any new updates added to the top of the page throughout the day….
- Allen is scheduled to visit the Heat on Thursday and the Clippers on Friday, according to David Aldridge of TNT.
- Allen also had conference calls with the Grizzlies and Timberwolves yesterday, but isn't scheduled to meet with them at this point, tweets Aldridge.
- While multiple reports, including Aldridge's, have pegged the Celtics' offer to Allen at two years and $12MM, Steve Kyler of HoopsWorld suggests it's actually three years and $18MM. I'd be surprised if Boston has gone that high already, but given all the competition, it's not out of the realm of possibility.

The more this drags out the more I want him back in a C’s uniform. As the reports surface wbecoming scheduled to meet next, etc, it’s becoming more obvious that last season bothered him when he was benched in favor of Bradley.
