For a while, it seemed like Kyle Lowry was a goner in Toronto. This week, however, Raptors CEO Tim Leiweke came out and said that the Raptors will likely re-sign the veteran guard. The Raptors have Lowry’s Bird rights and only about $39MM in commitments for next season, so they appear to have the resources necessary to bring him back.
