Like the celtics taking Jaylen Brown. Felt it was the guy that fit best with what they have. If he improves his shot, he can be a star. Should be able to contribute as a defender right away. Similar to Winslow, who they obviously loved…still, I wonder about passing on Dunn, when you have other picks later in the draft to look for a 3 and D guy, even with the fit on the current roster
Yeah Dunn would’ve been nice to flip him to Sixers as Sixers did to Magic a couple years ago.
Brown was over-drafted but there was such a significant talent drop off after picks 1
He was a slight reach and I agree that after Simmons/Ingram there wasn’t a clear cut player to go #3. Dunn/Murray probably make the most sense, but Boston doesn’t really need another guard (and are looking for pieces to help them win) so it makes sense to reach on a player who fits need rather than best available.
Amazing that Kris Dunn fell to Minnesota. Sort of fitting with one of the guys I compare him to lol. Tough choice for them at that point. Murray probably fit them best, but I would wish he’d be a better defender than he is. Dunn is elite in that area. That team should be amazing moving forward. Trade Rubio for a shooter lol…
Hield was obvious for new orleans. They desperately need shooting, especially on the wing
Maker an the Greek freak!!
Still waiting for some
Big trades
You got one!
Ibaka traded to Magic for Oladipo, Ilyasova, and rights to Sabonis.
Can’t believe Milwaukee is taking another gamble like this. Thought Baldwin would be a perfect fit
Ibaka to Magic for pick Oladipo and Ilyasova.
Bleacher Report and A-Woj have reported it.
Holy $#&@!!!!! Ibaka fits great in orlando, but can’t believe they traded Oladipo. I don’t know how to feel about this for okc though. They get Oladipo and Sabonis, but I don’t like the idea of trading Ibaka. Have to see what they do later
Ibaka for oladipo I like that trade
Prince to Atlanta makes sense. Likely didn’t want to let a 3 and D guy go to someone else who liked him. With Sabonis and Poeltl off the board, it’s a good fit
Seriously, who is running this joke in Sacramento? Lol
Bulls gonna take Baldwin?
Georgios Papagiannis…his nickname will be Papa Johns.
Does valentine signal the bulls have something done with Minnesota for Dunn and lavine?
Obviously would also take Muhammed and another pick at least
Love Buddy Hield going to New Orleans. A perfect fit for Anthony Davis.
Hoping Lakers would try and trade up with Williams and 32.
Guerschon Yabusewho? :)
Upside pick at 16 for the celtics. Figured Baldwin would go to memphis if he fell past Sacramento and chicago. Nice fit there with Coach Fiz.
Thinking Malachi to the Celtics at 23.
I could see that if he doesn’t go prior to that. Liked their picks at 3 and 16 a lot
I’m not high on Yabusele, and I wish they took Dunn to flip for Butler or to Philly, but I like brown too.
That upside pick by Brooklyn. They’ve done a pretty good job of reshaping the roster a little with not much to work with. I think they made the right choice in the front office there
Hoping labissier falls to 27 and raps pick him up
Murray and Beasley will really shoot it in Denver, but no defense there…I like Atlanta getting another long versatile, skill guy in DeAndre Bembry. Thought it would have been fun if the 76ers could have landed him at 24, Richardson makes sense to Sacramento, finally lol.
Was somewhat surprised to not see Atlanta take a big there though. The end of the first round should be interesting, with some of the names still on the board
have to assume Sacramento will take one of the point guards on the board with that 28th pick.
the Spurs getting a steal there. Still a lot of names on the board too.
Warriors still took Jones after his injury and with others falling too?
A lot of interesting names undrafted
Boston wins the draft IMO, getting both Jackson and Bentil in the 2nd round, 2 draft and stash bigs and Jaylen Brown ?!?!
