My All-NBA choices would look pretty similar to yours, with a couple small changes here and there — I’d likely move Gobert up to the Second Team, and would find room for Green on the Second or Third Team, most likely at the expense of George. All in all though, I think when the official All-NBA selections are announced, they’ll look a lot like these teams.
What do you think? Do you disagree strongly with any of these choices? Expecting major discrepancies when the official All-NBA teams are announced? Let us know in the comments section!
Boogie isn’t on any team how?
For real, I’ll take Boggie over at least Gobert any day of the week.
Cousins is undisciplined and he ruins team chemistry. He joined the Pelicans and they started losing even more games. And Buddy Hield played better with the Kings than him so yeah. Also, how can you be in an All-NBA team if you stay lots of games out because of ejections?
He’s probably on third team in actuality. I’m a bit confused as to why Hoops Rumors had AD as a Center and not a Forward.
In cases where position was up for debate, I generally deferred to Basketball-Reference’s data — their “position estimate” had Davis playing 64% of his minutes this season as a center.
Oh okay that makes sense. Thanks for clarifying!
how is gobert a better rim defender than whiteside
Because all whiteside does is go for stats and leaves his man at any time. Gobert knows when to go for the blocks and when not to. Whiteside is not a good defender.
How can you leave out Tony Romo
Davis is not a center! He can move to the 2nd team and Giannis to the 3rd. Unfortunately, Paul George gets bumped. Move Boogie to the 3rd team center
