These are players who are eligible for restricted or unrestricted free agency after the 2020/21 season. They either finished the ’20/21 season on an NBA roster or were unsigned at season’s end (but appeared in at least 10 games). A small handful of other notable free agents are also listed.
You’ll be able to access this list anytime under the “Hoops Rumors Features” menu on the right sidebar on our desktop site, or in the “Free Agent Lists” section of our mobile menu. If you have any corrections or omissions, please contact us.

Contract information from Basketball Insiders was used in the creation of this post.
LeBron won’t be opting out of a $41M deal at age 37.
only way he does is if he has a guaranteed better contract . but he’s limited as no one will build around him at his age and not a lot wanna play with him .
the over-38 rule will likely limit what can be offered to 3 years regardless.
Whats with your Lakers/Lebron obsession.
You can have Caruso when you pry him from our cold dead fingers
This article is pretty much pointless because odds are within the next two years at least a good amount of these guys will end up signing mats extensions with their current clubs.
What an unnecessary comment.
Yes, many NBA players do need extra-long mats.
Also, pants and socks.
It will be updated as necessary over the next two years so hopefully it’s useful eventually.
The list will grow with importance as it shrinks in size like like matter converting to energy which is what blowing up is. The list will blow up.
