There wasn't much movement on the Dwight Howard talks yesterday but the Nets, Lakers, Hawks, Mavericks, and Rockets are all still in play for the Magic star. Of course, four of those teams could have pause about trading for Howard as he says that he won't agree to an extension with any club other than Brooklyn. We'll keep track of the latest Howard rumors in this post..
- Ken Berger of CBS Sports writes that the Rockets continue to have their eye on Dwight and are continuously exploring ways in which they can acquire draft picks and cap space. After dealing Kyle Lowry to the Raptors for a future first-round pick this past week, it is understood that Houston is engaging in sign-and-trade talks involving Marcus Camby under the premise of accumulating more draft picks, which could later be used to sweeten a trade offer to the Magic.

Lakers need Daron Williams more than Howard. Hopefully a miracle happens and they can get both..
1) Steve Nash for Draft Picks. (Absorbed Into Odom Trade Exception)
2) Howard / Richardson -> Gasol / Artest (No $ gain)
3) J.Smith (Hawks) -> Expiring Contracts, Cash, Young Players, D.Williams (Minnesota) -> Gasol / McRoberts
+ Grant Hill (1 Season)

Serious Championship Contention for atleast 2 seasons.
Wishful thinking. You aren’t getting Josh Smith for free and Andrew Bynum would be put into any Dwight deal
Nope.
typical laker fan who thinks they will get any player they want and give up garbage to get it
Ignoring the obvious, how exactly do you trade Gasol twice?

Howard should have a Bravo TV reality show based on his trade/free agency/trade theatrics , Thursdays at 8:00pm
lakers need dwight howard and byunm as back up
Yeah, and the Thunder need Derrick Rose, with Russell Westbrook as the backup.
